  • Vicki Uriarte

    DIRECTOR AND FOUNDER

    Started her first catering company in the late eighties. since then she has honed her skills in catering restaurants and management .

    In 2013 Vicki started Urban Cooking Collective, and hasn’t looked back. With her fun and talented team, she has been crafting wonderful, exciting foods for events, TV and film shoots, client launches, corporate and private parties.

    As a chef, Vickis love of food and exceptional experiences, has driven the business to become one of the finest bespoke catering companies in Sydney.

  • Maggie Jimenez Selma

    GENERAL MANAGER

    Maggie joined UCC in 2015, working her way up through the business from chef to operations and management.

    She has built a strong creative team that are driven by excellence and beauty, with a refined eye for detail she delivers perfectly curated events.

  • Jacob Tamepo

    DESIGN CONSULTANT

    Jacob has worked with UCC as a regular consultant on event design styling and most recently with the design of UCCafe.

    A designer who, working hand in hand with the management team, visualizes and creates artistic and functional spaces for consultancies, parties and events.

  • Jasper Lloyd

    ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER

    Jasper has worked his way through University working in the UCC Kitchens, now finishing his Masters in Environmental Sociology, Jasper is helping UCC become a sustainable and carbon neutral catering company. The key - educating staff and clients as well as creating easy to follow protocols and guidelines in order to reduce our carbon footprint.

    Recently promoted to Operations, Lais uses her strong organisational skills to assist with the planning and logistics of events.
